The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the "Find my setup" questionnaire: your name, work email, phone number (optional), your answers about industry, role, working model, and timeline, and any notes you add.
When you submit the form, we also record basic technical details (your IP address and browser type) solely to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
We use your submission for exactly one thing: responding to your inquiry about Bota's staffing services and following up on it. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Submissions are stored on our infrastructure (Cloudflare) and delivered by email to our team (Google Workspace). Those providers process the data on our behalf and under their own security commitments; no one else receives it.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical request data any web resource does.
We keep inquiries for as long as they're relevant to a live or potential engagement. If you'd like a copy of what we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, ask — we'll do it.
